| In Texas, CPV lobbied commissioners in Gray and Donley Counties to create two special "reinvestment zones" covering an area where they were planning to build a wind generation project. CPV later requested a 100% tax abatement for their project as a result of this favorable zoning legislation. The final deal will reduce CPV's tax payments to Gray County by nearly $1,000,000 over the first ten years of operation.
