Jeffrey Bowman, candidate for Water District Board of Directors in Mission Springs, California, had the integrity to spurn CPV's advances. CPV's endorsement of other candidates may have influenced the outcome of the election. It would seem that they were not at all stingy in paying for glossy campaign signs for his opponents.
