| The landowner's attorney has scolded the town for spurning CPV's advances so "early" in the process. But wouldn't it be premature to enter into PILOT negotiations so early in the process? And if they are now claiming that our Board of Selectmen doesn't have final say in a PILOT agreement, then why did CPV approach the Board to request negotiations?
