If this plant is to generate 580 Megawatts of electricity, then fuel conversion inefficiencies will generate about 400 Megawatts of wasted energy which will be released into the surrounding environment. This would be the equivalent amount of heat generated by 300,000 hair dryers running at full blast, around the clock.
